As has been noted in this thread - viewtopic.php?f=68&t=118932 - there appears to have been a change in policy in relation to the rules for the server war and the banning of peoples.
It was my understanding that the threads related to the server war were being modded much more strictly than others and that was fair enough. The rules were laid out and such.
A few people though have been unbanned and while I looked for an official explanation I couldn't find one, which is leading to some confusion, I'm sure not just for myself.
So I would like to request the reason they were unbanned and confirmation of if the temporary rules for the server war have been altered - again.

All banns till the end of the server war have been removed, if one was missed please let me know.
