Are you sure on that ive seen accounts recently with 80K AT's.

Are you sure on that ive seen accounts recently with 80K AT's.

There is no cap on AT held using USS, you get them no matter how many you have.

Black market $$ market will cut you off after a certain amount.

With Black $$ Market you can only purchase them if you currently hold under 10k ATs (not sure if non-transferrable is included in that).
