My account and my son's account (Mack Daddy) were banned for multi-account from the same IP back at the end of Era 14. I was introduced to SGW's and Quantum back in Era 1 (early 2005) by my son and his friends and it is a pastime I have enjoyed with him for many years, and we play from the same home, same PC mostly (he does have his own laptop now), and the same DSL. It is mostly my fault for becoming apathetic about insuring we had an IP exception from the Admins, but we had played together so long on Quantum and understood the limitations and I got slack about insuring we were on the IP exception list.

I have written 4 or 5 e-mails over the past few months to the proper Admin e-mail address (gameadmin@StarGateWars.com) requesting assistance and explaining my situation for a possible un-banning, and tried to communicate to the Admin on the 3:00-3:30am gametime IRC Chat today, but no Admin was present on that Chat. I did not want to be a nusciance by sending more and more e-mails and was hoping to plead my case for re-instatement for the next Era of Quantum. My son will be moving out of the house at the start of next year (2009) and this will be our last chance to play a Quantum Era together and I was hoping to participate.

I am a former contributor, for both mine and my son's account, and would like to continue that support. I enjoy my time as a member of the SGW community, and have made friends and business contacts on several continents just by playing a game, which is a unique fringe benefit. Please allow me to restore my long time account and I will continue to play with the same honor, respect, and enthusiasm my community members expect from me! I will be diligent to request an IP exception for my son and I so this does not happen again. My son has no problem with just creating a new account, but I have played as 'Lord Khnum' always, and would like to restore the dignity and respect back to my longtime account id 1496 in Quantum.

I am requesting that you make a change to the Leadership of the Technocracy Alliance (alliance id=8250)

This alliance is currently led by MaxSterling (id=83707), who you may recall after several autobans was banned for suspicion of multying, then unbanned and then went on, or was placed in, vacation mode

The last we have seen from, or heard from, MaxSterling was 16th November 2008. He is not responding to email, or instant messaging

I note that his brother (at least we were led to believe it was his brother) Rick_Hunter (id=82891) was also banned, and remains so

It is difficult to manage the alliance effectively from the Second In Command position, and I am asking that you alter Technocracy to place me in command as Alliance Leader.

My luck has been ok. If you must know I\'m only using this account to supply UU to someone and my CO -Wolverine-nl and lots of others i.e yvonne16, Light Spirit and my Alliance - which has set peace with many other Alliances know this. A multi account - yes if you use the same computer giving you the same ip address. Have you not got 2 computers or maybe a friend who could take over this account? The other thing to do is what a friend of mine does. He has 3 accounts which of the 2nd he plays on at the local Internet Cafe and the 3rd he plays on at University. His 2nd and 3rd accounts all feed his main account.

Maybe if you can access the internet elsewhere i.e Internet Cafe then you could take my game over.
