Resignation.

Fellow SGW Players,


The admin and mod team has been aware for sometime, but I feel like I owe an explanation for my absence.


In January 2009, I was called back to service and am preparing, slowly but surely, for a long deployment to Afghanistan (I had thought Iraq at first, but it seems to be changing).

This has cut into my time, and I am unable to properly perform the duties of my position. I have attempted to be unbiased, and an advocate of every player.

Because of this, I am resigning my position as ombudsman. I will make sure to cast my vote.



So, I will await to see whom you elect as my replacement. Until such time, as imperfect as this is. I ask that you contact the admins directly.


I am sorry that this happened, I enjoyed this job.

I'm not sure that 'Good Luck' is appropriate but for your role in either Iraq or Afghanistan it won't hurt.

I guess though we will see you when we see you and thus chat when able. :)
