Seems to occur sometimes when logging in from a webcafe and spying.
Not sure if this is the "unclear target" you sometimes get while spying though?

Uni seemed to understand me lol.
but it happens when i attack people either higher page than me or same page, so i can only attack lower, same with spying..

every time it jst comes up in red, unclear target.


and ive known theve had 0 defense n had a large sum of naq out, that i havnt been able to take because of this..

@ uni, im logged on my house computer, using firefox 3.0, any ideas, on why this seems to jst happen to me?

Well I just tested it out. I can spy on someone of a higher rank. Not foolish enough to waste turns to find out though.
