some players going to far with their PM's ingame?

I don't know if i am on right place. But i wondering. Where is limit of PM's? Where is limit of players actions and "idiocracy"? Where was stocked their IQ?
I really wondering, because i can't figured out by myself what is wrong with some players. Really.

Here is one example:

I just ask in peace him, why he want to deascend me. I buy account and only what i want to know is why and nothing else. I also beg him to stop.
What i get back is more than i ask him...

lol good one. Well i don`t know what is true but of what I know it is forbidden to buy accounts. The previous owners attacks me and take a planet and now he must pay the price. I will never stop. After I deascend you I will continue to hunt you and I will try to deascend for month ....) If you really buy this account then you just have made a wrong move.
BTW way are you so stupid to pay real money for this game (it is not a good game). I play this game only because I have a lot of funny with people like you (or like former owner). Stupidity has no limits.
BTW I work in 24 hour shift… and #61514 in server room and I can stay all day to play … and #61514

Now he picking on me all the time.

Good question... I know only that, she is a good girl. And I am a girl who want play game like in past. I just buy account. I was meet her on http://www.physicsforums.com/ after that i speak on MSN with.

I just take a look in att log. She take him 1 planet. After that he take other planet form her and abandon it. And yes. For the end she mass him.

But that is not important.
I just wondering where is limit of this PM's? I don't care for massing or trying to deascend me... I hope you understand me.

Well I have a lot worse PM's than that before.
Generally people do get away with whatever they want in PM's ingame, however if it gets to a certain level of unacceptable it can always be reported to admins.

There's also the block function too.

And that Quark guys looks too small for his big mouth. That my opinion.
