not sure what that means... but i dont believe he is a multi. yesterday he was in DoC though i never spoke with him and was the highest ranked. then i ship massed bebita and for revenge he massed or sabbed apex for being the highest rank. or something like that. lol. then apex quits alliance and wars me and sends a dirty lil message and begins massing me lol. not sure what you are implying lord apogryph but i think the guy is a player. maybe an egg head but a player lol. hope it helps. bebita may know more.

Apogryph meant that this Apex guy uses his friends account too as it's described in the pm. Since he uses 2 accounts I guess it's considered multiaccounting.

yes sorrow is correct. He blatantly admitted to using his mates account and offered to use it to feed me. If he is willing to use his 'mates' account to feed me then it is not to much to assume that he most likely uses it to feed himself as well. I consider that cheating, and massed him for it.

you forget that whether he uses his mates account or not is irrelevant, he cant log on to 2 accounts from the same computer else he gets an IP block and cant hit anyone else that uses the same IP. There fore he Cannot be a feeder, nor use his "mates" account to feed for himself, so hes not cheating. however he would have been cheating if Apogryph had accepted his offer to become a feeder for him. But as he declined it, no one has yet to cheat.

admin can check his ip, and if the ip that logs onto him and this so called feeder account is the same, then he is using the feeder account from the same location and is therefore unable to be a feeder to himself

What you are describing is an impossibility.

What I am saying is that perhaps he has 2 seperate PC's and IP's, or at least access to a second PC/IP.

either way, there is an automated defence within stargate that stops people being able to do anything between two accounts if they have shared the same ip at some point. for him to have access to two different ip's is irrelevant as he would have to travel between two different houses in the UK to have seperate ip's which is just damn inconvenient, no point haveing a feeder account if ou have to travel 10 minutes between using each account.

Even so he could use that account to feed his alliance or anything, having access to 2 different accounts is multiing itself, no matter if the person shares anything between those 2 or not imo.
