Merc Bug

So, i went to try and buy Mercs earlier today, and i get this response

You do not have enough resources to pay, are attempting to get no product, or are over your merc limit.

You can only have 85.00 percent (base of 25 plus 60 percent in upgrades) of your trained troops as mercenaries.
Beyond that, you do not have enough troops loyal to you to ensure compliance to your orders.
You now have:
1600000 Trained Mercs.
2000000 Trained Military Units.
You can have a maximum of 1,700,000 Trained Mercs

And, i have close to 1 Tril naq, so i know i have enough Naq for it.

And the amount of Defense Mercs on the market is

Defending Mercenaries 3,000 Naquadah 103,160,835

So, just wondering, is this a wording error? or a Bug?

You can only have some percentage more Mercs than you have troops OF THAT CLASS. So say I have 5mil Super Attackers and 6mil Super Defenders I have about 11mil mercs but only 10mil in defense or something close to that... so that may be your problem. If you understood that.

I understand what your saying and i found what you were refering too

Mercs are now paired witha super soldier of the same type (att/def). This means you can only buy as many mercs, as you have supers of that type.
The 1 to 1 ratio DOES increase with your merc tech (so for example a 10% merc tech would allow you to have 11 merc for 10 supers or 1:1.1 ratio)

I never had more that 1.5 mil mercs, so i guess i never hit that mark.
