race change bug?

greetings

i just changed race from system lord to ancient cause i fancied the def bonus.
however my stats have not changed i even waited till the end of the turn just to check and logged out and back in again.
def and income are the same as they were when i was a system lord.
anyone had this or know a fix?

oh that might be why then.
i just always figured the advanced race get the same race bonus as there less evolved counterparts plus the additional 5% per ascend.
so i just have the 5% to all stats then?

They still do but its a flat percentage based on how many times you have ascended.

EDIT: Yes you have the 5% to all base stats

thats a shame really cause it kinda makes it meaningless which advanced race you choose.
ah well on the plus side i guess i can be a human now
