Possible Bank Bug

I was looking at my bank and saw something that looked odd. When I put on critical and waited a turn my bank would drop by around 400B capacity. When I would remove critical the next turn, it would regain the extra 400B capacity. Is this intended, because I thought bank size was based only on base income and not on critical level.

I think i agree... I remember my bank being able to hold 13ish T, but now that I'm on critical + Nox, it's only 11T. Some total daily/weekly income subtraction difference??
