he is not the only one that verbal warning is for, it pertains to all those whom were spamming that thread, you would then be asking for a warning yourself?

FAO: Ombudsman - I did receive a verbal warning which I am happy to accept. It was handled in the correct manner. As you can see my User Notes show no previous warnings and not previous Notes indicating previous verbal warnings. Usually incases like that a verbal warning is given unless in extreme circumstances.

Doc's User Notes however tell a different story and has today gone out of his way to create such an issue from failing to adhere to the sig rule, using the sig rule to mock forum staff, and insulting people. Doc's first verbal warning was given to him regarding the sig rule. He failed to comply to it. I have not failed to comply to my verbal warning.

hey,

now what clarkey said are strong words and as forum admin he should be a rollmodel for the forum user. however they are not entirely against the rules. he didn't realy go off flamming and gravlyinsulting, all his insults were aimed @ your forum persona and not you as a person.

however with that said it doesn't realy belong on the forum and has thus been removed by a moderator. the moderator descided to issue a verbal warning. this means if clarkey posts something simular again he will get warned for it.

even tough he is an admin everyone here is just human and still has alot to learn on a personal level. this includes slips of the tongue and 'tantrums'. so therefor i believe the mod action was correct. how other mods react to other cases is irrelivant here since here we work on a case to case basis wih the facts about this complaint. if users don't agree with getting a warning for a simular post then they are welcome in my home and then we'll work togheter to find a solution to the problem.

you can however give me other arguments wich might change my mind, hence why i'm leaving this topic open for discussion but do note, as ombudsman i cannot give warnings for anything that happens out of my section, that is a call only forum moderators deligated to that section can make

my 2nd warning never got a warning for just a straight waring for calling her a coma girl

and i mis understood what SS said i though he only wanted the pictures less than 450px in height. as he was talking about the images not the text. lol

idc about what you have done. this isn't consistant modding

im not compalinging he didn't get a warning im complaining against Rocky not giving me a verbal warning before, and only giving me a warning for calling her coma. so i should only have a verbal warning
