It used to be a bug with some of ascended titles. It got fixed, but not for all accounts. (those who didn't ascend again)
I also noticed Prior of the Ajna/Ori (notice not all being in caps, it was very early showing of ascending accounts, means those people didn't ascend in last three years!)
ID 84174 also used to be the ONLY (afaik) "Elder God of the TOLAH" (see beta server for this id)

Hmm what do you mean only elder good and so this guy made it this far in the first year of the game is that possible?
