Looking for a n alliance sig bar

What i am looking for is a sig bar simular to the one Lord vishnu has[spoiler][/spoiler]
what i want it to say is ~Horus WarLords~ then flash to BOW TO YOUR TRUE GODS,then flash to OR BE BURNED BY THERE WRATH
I would also like to incorporate the ge symbol if it is possible maybe flash to it [spoiler][/spoiler]

dosent have to be nothing but the circle with the GE letters in it
I know this might be hard with the sig being of bar size, I am ok if its a little wider but i dont want it to big its supposed to be a alliance bar

I would like one thing changed i would like the flashing to next saying be a lot slower
