I am wondering how the warning system works in regards banning someone from forum.
I noticed some ppl get banned at 3 warnings, while others can receive up to 6 warnings before they are banned.

nine warnings = permaban

So if you get a warning, it stays on record permanently? Like what if there's like a year in between your 2nd and 3rd warning? Does that still count as a ban??
