Automatically deleted messages

Some of my messages were deleted automatically. It happened a few times, only when I was online. It's like I see "Messages: 1(read)" and then I click there and my inbox is empty. Why is this happening?

Some messages like "1 planet found" were deleted once (some similar messages weren't deleted), also some messages from one player were deleted while others were left.

Yes if that particular person ascended then their messages in your inbox or saved box will disappear. But only their message, no-one elses.

Sorry, perhaps I put it a little wrong (my English isn't very good). Player X had sent me about 10 messages, I had read them all. When I was online, about half of those messages were deleted. Others were left.

Ok first of all, can you say with 100% surity that the other person did NOT ascend when you were online regardless of whether you had read the message or not?

Also how many messages do you have, because it stores 100 and archives the rest.

I'm not 100% sure that that player didn't ascend. However, if he had ascended, I guess all messages received from him would have been deleted. Also part of the messages from him and part of messages saying 1 planet found or no planets found were deleted at the same time. Also I have ascended twice and both times after ascending I saw 'Messages: 1(read)' and then I clicked and saw my Inbox empty. And I have never reached 100 messages.

when you ascend, you lose all messages

Sorry, I probably again said something wrong. Before ascending, I had some messages. I ascended and then there was only one (presumably I get a message when ascend). Then I clicked where was written '1(read)' and I saw an empty inbox.

Mate as we've said it's all part of ascending.

Get this, the other day i logged in and my messages said 9. I clicked on it and there was only 6. Reason for this is because the dude sent me 9 messages, 3 were before asceneding (silly) and 6 were after ascending.

So 3 of them disappeared before I got to see them. But the number of messages indicated those 3 were still there until i clicked it and they were gone, then the number reverted to 6 which was the correct number.

Then please explain why were some messages saying '1 planet found' were deleted. Those were sent from me to me and were deleted before my first ascention. Also, as I said, I had received ~10 messages from the same player. I had read all of them. Then suddenly, half of them were deleted, the older ones. The rest remained. That happened also before my first ascention.

i know what you mean, like when i get a broker, sometiems it says 1 new message but when i clikc it it goes bye bye, even though the person IS NOT ASCENDING infact it happened to me the other day XD and sometimes it's when i find a planet or don't lol, i don't know why it happens it's a glitch i've never seen it happen with actual messages though
