What is the maximum number of attacks that can be done in 1 minute when someone is on nox and what is the most likely number

Basic math.
Waiting time of x (7 on crit, right?) seconds.
60/x = number of possible attacks at *no* extra delay between attacks.

Right? Or did I miss a beat?

60/7 = 8 (+4 remainder)

the first one at second 0, then at 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 42, 49, 56.

now, to answer the "most likely" question i'll asume you mean in one full "calendar minute" (i.e. if you start at, say 12, 05', 23'', you only have 37 seconds, until 12, 06', 00'').
if the second on which you begin is arbitrary:
seconds 54-60 will give you 1 attack,
seconds 47-53 will give you 2 attacks,
seconds 40-46 will give you 3 attacks,
seconds 33-39 will give you 4 attacks,
seconds 26-32 will give you 5 attacks,
seconds 19-25 will give you 6 attacks,
seconds 12-18 will give you 7 attacks,
seconds 6-11 will give you 8 attacks,
seconds 0-5 will give you 9 attacks.
so, as long as you use your time as efficiently as possible, the most likely is anything lower then 9.

EDIT:
of-course, if you factor in gameplay elements, i would say the most likely is 1, since many attacks are farming, not warring or massing.
but that's only speculation.
