so I.D 85479 offered me and alliance and said he would give me 200 b from a side account i checked out his alliance and another player had 200b out

heres the convo we had

Ok, if you join my alliance, i will give you the name of one of my 'side accounts' from which you can take 200bill of naq, i know its not a lot but that was all i could get from it at such short notice. It has no def and after this you are not to attack it again.
