oh so obviously my friend o so obvious but see i use different things, even though i know that i should use 1 and it would be better you see my system is

5-10 if your on nox it kills you quicker and my ADHD doesn't allow me to use only 1 turn, so i was wondering if someone else did the same, trust me i dont' need help learning how to mass i'm descent at it!

If I find the opponent a good sport or am in a lack of time, I'll use 15ats.

If not , 1 at's is where its at, The longer the fun lasts, the better

Depends what their def is.....

Normally I 1 AT for a while if I'm in danger of too heavy losses from an AB, then turn to doing a lot of 5 ATs (I've found that a nice compromise between damage done and losses), and then 15 ATs to finish off the def/AC them.....

Your MS > their MS... 1AT
Their MS > your MS... 15AT

Their defense > your strike... 1AT
My strike > their defense... 10AT until they get below 50b, then I reduce my ATs to 1AT until it's zeroed.
I have no patience. I'd rather move onto my next target or find some good naq hits. I rarely waste my time using more than 10ATs while massing.

Only other time I may use 1AT is when nox is off.

I like to use 5 Turns if massing an MS smaller than mine. Does the same damage as 15. Thats handy if someone your at war with has a rubbish def but an MS to kill.

1 Turn if they are off nox or the def is BIGGER than mine (although if i need to do it quick, 15 turn them off nox, always one turn if the def is bigger though, or you just screw yourself)

15 Turn if on nox and the def is smaller than your strike.

Its quite relative now, with turns being slightly harder to get and more expensive, you need to be abit of careful with the way you mass.
