1) No alliances or officers involved (keyword 1 vs 1)
2) No vacation mode on ascended or main server. Doing so means you lose.
3) Planet stealing, ascention battling, massings, raiding, sabbing, etc on any server is allowed. Its a war, not a please don't do this to me.
4) You must have a 100 bil defence at least at all time. If your defence gets knocked below 100 bil you have 12 hours to rebuild it from there. If you fail to do so, you lose
5) The war lasts for 10 days. April 10th to April 20th. He makes it through the end and only one admits whos superiour.
6) Due to the Mothership advantage all Motherships will not be built for the 10 days
7) Once the defence is below 100bill, it MUST be posted on forums
I believe that is all. And I put this up before the war started to let everyone know plus when me or him mass you later on for vulturing you can't say I didn't tell you, and you didnt know
