Personal logs

my personal log isn't working Correctly, it's not copying and pasting Corectly i'll paste something it will look fine then i hit update and it goes back for some reason can someone explain?

What do you mean by update? And are you sure it's not cause the text is coloured white?

could it be with age? my friend has a 5 year old account aswell and it's doing it to his, but the newer accounts are getting it just fine?
