Hey dudes, for you people out there that either want to know the formula to calculate UP costs, want to make their own UP calculator or whatever here is the mathematical formula with which to calculate UP costs. I'm thinking of making one when I have a minute or two. I calculated it today during math class instead of listening to the teacher
Anyways, heregoes:
The formula:
Code: Select all
(-1(A-B)/3)((15000((B-1)/3)+15000((A+2)/3))/2)
(where: A = first UP, B = target UP)
The TI-83 program you can make (to save you from entering the formula everytime):
Code: Select all
:Disp "A:CURRENT UP"
:Disp "B:DESIRED UP"
:Prompt A,B
:Disp (-1(A-B)/3)((15000((B-1)/3)+15000((A+2)/3))/2)
