how can someone whe is descended on the ascended server not be descended on main ?

i descended a guy bout a week ago and his acount descended but this week he is not descended ?

Because, He reascended

when decended, you are unable to do anything on the ascended server for two weeks. this is regardless of ascending again in main
For this time, your account on main will show the ascended title including the word descended. Unless you ascend again in main, in which case you regain your title, but you are still incapacitated on the ascended server

2 weeks from the first time you descended him i believe
