HELP! AGAIN!!!

Help Again, I have a green screen with a white check mark on it virus I can't figure out how to get rid of it... My Anti Virus doesn't pick it up, and it blocks pop ups like anything... So i can't even download a new Anti... Someone PLEASE figure this out for me!

Fixed it went to safe mode, and uninstalled it was a Trojan Damn you Trojans!
