HELP! AGAIN!!!

Help Again, I have a green screen with a white check mark on it virus I can't figure out how to get rid of it... My Anti Virus doesn't pick it up, and it blocks pop ups like anything... So i can't even download a new Anti... Someone PLEASE figure this out for me!

well if it isnt picking up whatever issue you have, then it cant be very good, can it?

Fixed it went to safe mode, and uninstalled it was a Trojan Damn you Trojans!
