Husban and I Banned by flagged as a multiple account. AGAIN

Ok whats it take to get are accounts back just make new ones. I sent e-mail to adim and posted here. It took 2 or 3 day and we were banned for no reason but for attacking the same allince off the same IP and cpu. We have had are accounts for years now that Biska is farming massing and stealing planets and my husban and I are doing the same back we get BANNED. Come on admin we have done what was asked and nothing is being done yet. Whats it going to take!!!!
