Anyone can tall me how to send PM in Game ?

Easy.... go to the page of the person you want to sent an PM to, click 'Send message', and when you've typed the PM click on 'Send' (below the textbox). It's easy as that.
If the PM you want to reply to is in your Inbox, click 'Reply' and follow the procedure of typing the message and hit 'Send'. Note: spamming, foul messages etc might get you into trouble, like having your account destroyed or depending on how bad it is, getting your account banned/IP banned.
NO (unwanted) advertising of other games through the PM system. If you do so, expect an IP-ban

1. Click on a player link to which you want to send the message
2. Click on "Send Message" button [new page shows up with the input text field and some buttons, etc]
3. Put a title to the message
4. Compose message.
5. Don't forget to be polite when composing and to use proper language, especialy if you don't know personaly the player to which to want to send the message.
6. Sign your message [optional]
7. Click the "Send" button. [additional "Send to all officers", "Send to Alliance" buttons, will apear, if you have officers, or if you are 1st or 2nd in command of an alliance]
