This forum modding is used how they want they can give you a warning for anything and its bs I got me another warning and im sure before long i will be banned , but I will make as many as i can see how it works around here if your not in the right group

now i was responding to what she posted in the thread i started, If she didnt want a response she should of sent it in a private message , due to her post and My response being in the same thread i dont see were it was spam

and since my thread is in vendetta which is part of Galactic Colosseum. correct me if im wrong,, but it is the section for taunting and to be honest i would love for her to finally fight,, Its sad that every time i make a comment towards her about some thing i can find many post about,, Earendil gets all bent out of shape and I end up with a warning, im rather tired of it to be honest, is this forum ran by Earendil can no one put him in his proper place, or has this forum went to hell with the game.. and if your going to warn me about being abusive check the rules its to clearly says attacks about their real life status and since it was to do with something she did in game well in forum, then it has nothing to do with here RL, I have no care about here RL or any intention of insulting her in RL. it is not me that cant keep it to the make believe.

Calling someone an idiot is like calling someone a fool, or a noob. There is no way such a thing can be banned from this forum that is silly.

As for Coma Queen that is more spiteful to one individual. You will never see anyone else calling anyone else on this forum a Coma Queen. That title is unfortunately reserved for one person. it is spiteful and unnecessary.

Technically, calling Juliette coma queen is not slander for 2 reasons; A) it's not spoken, but written making it libel and B) it's true, therefore it is neither slander nor libel.

However, it has been decided and stated repeatedly in the past that calling her "coma queen" or otherwise drudging up that part of her past to use as an insult would be considered a violation of the rules and as a consequence, warned for. Which, AFAIK, has nothing to do with libel or slander. If it does, then perhaps that case should be revisited. However, as I have stated, I do not believe that to be the case, therefore there is no reason to revisit it.



At anyrate, this seems to be a clear cut case of mod telling user to stop spamming and user refusing to listen. Just as a reminder, the practice of warning users for spam when replying to mod decisions in a thread where such discussion is blatantly offtopic, is one I started.

Or just go and accept that calling Jo ComaQueen is wrong? reguardless if it breaks forum rules or not, its distastefull and not nessesary. Call her an idiot, fine, but going around calling her a comaqueen because of something that happend outside SGW, um no.

Why can't you understand that isulting and being this rude to people in general is frowned upon?

it was in a vendetta thread, my god i didnt call her a bad word, or something that could be considered a bad word, and show me in the written rules were i cant call her a coma queen. It happened, In forum and game and is not a RL insult.. warn me for the spamm but the for coma Queen name its no different then calling here a noob,, hell idiot is way worse and you allaow it.

I may not be liked by a few people, but I can make fun of them, and insult them in ways that do not break rules and in a jestful way.

odji with all respect, that whole coma thing was over 3 years ago, its way in the past. Im sure Jo is a different person by now, and if anything has learned a important lesson(s), if not several by now. There is absolutely no reason to drag someone down about something in their past(s). We all have a past(s) and all have done something stupid or idiotic in our lifetime (in RL, on the forums, and in-game). Lets all let the past(s) be the past(s) and be the bigger folks about it.
