Relation status changing

Well I know that after 240AT's used for attack relation goes streight to war, but when you change your relation, you can't change it back for 24h, isn't that correct, so my question is, how is this possible:

Ashrak Marduk [AG] Thor Ashrak Marduk(1916949) has set their relation with you to: War Jul 17, 21:10 reply delete save
Ashrak Marduk [AG] Thor Ashrak Marduk has set their relation with you to: Neutral Jul 17, 21:04 reply delete save

As you can see the ralation to me was changed 6 times not in one day but in 2 hours :S

I do realise that nox can be reseted at any time, but relation?

Unfortunately has occurred before. And those times, they haven't told us how they did it, or any one else been able to replicate it, so it has been unable to get fixed.
