so i just ascended and i clicked to be tolah, but then it said i am ajna..i am just wondering wat are the bonus for being the ajna

Same as there are for the other ascended races, there are no differences.

there are differences, but they are so small that it doesn't make any difference.
EDIT:

Choosing a particular ascended races gives you a bonus from 5-20 on like 4-5 personal and realm lvls, but getting your lvls from 1 / 0 (whatever they are at the beginning) to 20 only takes you a few seconds ;)

Also you can't change the race after your first ascension, that's why you are Ajna when you clicked Tolah.
