So i was under attack, as does happen in the game, i switch on nox and critical. But there is absolutely no delay between attacks on me. This isnt good when your at war so can anyone help me out?
My alliance leader has told me it cant be to do with houses, and it may just be my account.

Had you massed them previously? Cause if you had, it automatically sets war with them if you used over 240 AT, in which case Nox is negated due to your war setting with them
