the higher your covert, the more units are needed to sab you, ie the less easy it becomes to sabotage you

Yes, to sab someone your covert action must be higher than the person you wish to sab. You can increase your covert action by 2 methods:
1) Training more spies.
2) Increasing your covert level.

Anti Covert Spy Operatives can kill the opponents spies. This is best done when the opponent has 0 defence. But your AC power has to be within range or higher than the opponents Covert power.Hunter422 wrote:then whats anit covert used for

also a high realm alert will increase the amount of spies an enemy needs for a succesfull sabotage mission
