i've been CO on my own since beggining and today i dissmissed myself to join another player..

but then when i wanted to join him it said:
You can only change commanders once per day. After all, you do not want to gain a reputation as a officer with no allegiance!

so even if you dissmiss yourself you cant change CO in same day??

Nope, only once per 24 hours on Q and Main. Doesn't matter who does the changing, can only change once.

on main not.. you can dissmis yourself and make you your own commander again

You can swap directly from self CO to another, or from one CO to another or from a CO back to self, but if you dismiss that counts as a commander change, and yeah only 1 change per 24 hours
