Ascending question

Hey, just came back to the game and as such havent ascended for over 2 years lol

My ascention page looks like this atm

could someone explain to me if miners count as untrained as well as trained (if that makes sense) since they seem to be '+' ed in the UU count, or whether i need to have 8.9mil trained and 13.9mil untrained

As far as I know, no, they will be sold at 75% their value, so you'd be better of selling them before.
