How many spies do I need to send to sabatage someone who has no anti-covert operatives? I've lost about 100 lvl 10 operatives on unsuccessful sabotage missions agaist people who had no anti-covert ops whatsoever.
Are my guys tripping over boxes on the ground and accidentally pulling the fire alarm or something?

Let me tell you something...
Anti-Covert has no bearing against your covert.
When sabbing and reconing it's covert vs covert.
Only when attacking/Defending against normal attacks is it anti-covert vs covert.
I think you will find there for that while the ppl had no anti-covert units, they probably had some spys and covert lvls.
