My personal levels in ascended are

Attack Force Level 800
Attack Skill Level 800

My attack level is 1100

but my TOC is only 190,521,720....

Does the level of ascension of your main account affect this at all? Just curious as some people with 700 levels seem to have near 400TOC

their are

Personals

and then there are relam's

Realm power up (last 4 at the bottom)

the higher those are more stats you can build.

the personals are the ones at the top all 9 or something of them the top 2 i believe boost your TOC and the max energy capacity also boosts it.

So what is your MEC?

Your attack level has nothing to do with your Total Offensive Capacity, it's just the two personal levels and Maximum Natural Energy Capacity that contribute to it.

i figured MEC was wrong got the max and natural mixed up lol
