Merc Market Bug: -999994 Attack Mercs

Happened for at least an hour last night...

POstaSU or facepie told us it happened previously this week as well.

Not a bug just wat happens wen so many people try to buy them at same time. It goes back to normal at turn change wen stocks refill

exact same number over at least two turns?

without changing?

cuz I needed atk mercs in that 60 minutes,
as did 3+ other members of my alliance...

and none of us got them.

I think this qualifies as a bug...


and further makes the case for a personal allotment of attack mercs per player. :smt017

(as per my suggestion in the suggestion box...)

No bug just means 6 people bought merciez on the turn change two turns in a row... My advice, be faster I can easily buy all 5m on the turn change from an iPod.. (did it 4 times in last three days)

;) hint tab merc market 6 times before turn pre load 99999999 into attack merciez watch for turn change in another tab.. Ctrl+tab buy repeat OMG you have 5m mercz and there 5 left on the market... OMG your so amazing you can open a thread on the market page selling them to highest bidder!!!11!!ONE!!

I'm not inclined to agree Kikaz. If there was 6 people buying on turn change, and they all did what you said top do, there's be -25M, no -1M

No, it comes down to speed of tab changing and clicking buy.. Once it hits 0 you can no longer buy more for it to ever reach -25m 25 people would have to try and buy the last 1m mercs in the exact millisecond. ;)

Different connection speeds would hamper some getting all the merc's they need or some people getting any at all.
Hardly a fair system I would think. Means you've a better chance in the US, and then depends on your connection speed in the US (unless the US is asleep :razz: )
