I will have a go at it, but I'm not too good with animated sigs so I'd prefer to do non animated, and also I have a busy schedule atm (exams) so it shall take some days before I post the attempt.
If I understood well you want a sig 450px X 500px?

I know it's not size you asked (I made it smaller as it's easier for forums), but I tried to take a screenshot of the video you posted to find a space battle pic, as I didn't find decent ones in google search. Sadly the quality of the image wasn't so good, so I wasn't able to modify it much.

the tricky thing about Using more than 1 pic is to make it look like 1 image ,its a lovely piece of work to a normal person but to a gfx Designer it looks like more than 1 image stuck on top of each other.

I guess I should have used a ship without a background to prevent what you said. I don't have this problem when I use images without backgrounds.

yeah its quite difficult to find a descent image to work with...

Only thing i disslike about your image is that stuff behind the ship which ruined it other than that its a quality piece of Art

there is at least one picture without a background on planetrenders.net
I know this, because I made a one for fallen gabriel (archangel gabriel at the time) from one of them.

I removed the background from the image. I can also remove the extra borders if needed.
