ToS doesn't exist?

Any idea of the cause or reason?

I am pretty sure it used to be there...

(I am the type to look at every link that doesn't threaten me dire consequences,
and some of the ones that do... )

Any idea of the cause or reason?

My assumption is when jason was creating the ascended server he made a direct copy of main and went from there, and either a) didnt copy of the tos or b) its in a different path on the server.
