Problem with staying Logged in

This is the message i keep recieving. It makes me log off or it kicks me off ascended,Then i need to re-log back on. It usually occurs every 3-5 minutes.

Its basically kept me from farming. its been going on about a week but ive been hoping it would get fixed. Since nothings change i figured id bring it up

admin is trying to change your url to often it seems, either that or your session be trippin, and i would then suggest trying a different browser, since its not a common occurrence as well.

Ive never had a problem before but i will see what i can do to change it.

Update IE to the latest if you havent already, if that still fails, try Google Chrome, if that fails try Firefox.
IE is microsoft therefore its not useful for its main purpose.

reset coockies and clean temp files , Firefox 4 sucks it drains lot of memory even wit tweaks
