tech bug?

someone said in another thread there was a 'race tech bug' ?
can someone confirm ehre, or elaborate... i looked for a 'tech' in the subject of all bugs, but cannot see it..

Well, here is the one that I wrote about last March:

I'm going to give up one of my best farms to get the answer to this,
so I hope it's worth it...

I don't know for sure if it's a bug...

I don't know if it was intended to be a **Filtered** feature...

but I'm tired of it...

I do know that it applies to a lot of my farms...

some are named Asgard, some are not...
Some have clones, these three listed below do not...

Stats are from VERY inactive accounts...

though when I first found Necro, it didn't happen for a week or two of farming...

In battle, you distinctly felt the surge of energy infusing your army - from exactly where you are not sure - some higher plane, maybe ... You fought with a strength that was well above your own...

It was bad enough when one could identify an Asgard...
and avoid them...

When their names changed, I looked for
Race Unique Tech: Holographic Planet Duplication...
in the recons... or Asgard 8 Symbol Gate Dial Planet on their stats page...

but that doesn't work either...

So, um, tell me, please...
how do I find out if a player has Hologram Technology without wasting my Attack Turns?

And if this isn't the best way to get Jason's attention...
please let me know...
