Destroy Military - Losings

Don't know if it's a BUG, but now, if you DM a person who set CRITICAL, and have been:

- Repelled - You Lose 4% of the planets sent
With intent to destroy military operations, your 1,600,000,000 UnSpoken fleets move into .........
As they approach the enemy fleets, you are discovered! 64,000,000 of your UnSpoken fleets are captured.

- Success - You Lose 5.2% of the planets sent
fleets on mission: 1,650,000,000
UnSpoken planet fleets during the mission: 85,800,000

My opinion, if you succeed to Infiltrated lose less. If you got Repelled, lose more.

why Higher, since DESTROY power was raised, almost DM it's pointless. But hell, it's a bug or my stupid thing again.

I would not call it a bug. It took me a matter of minutes to 0 a 70Q defense off crit. He lost 3.5bil more than me in that massing alone, before someone else took over HA. How they build determines how you mass. I can see no bugs here.

Though from this there is definitely a suggestion on phasing. Since it takes ages to do a proper massing, and hours in the arena to get someone below the kill amount.

As far as the original question went...planets lost on a fail attempt were increased.
