As Per title im looking for a Co

im currently about to hit 2mil total up and i want to double my income with a co so u need to be able to give me 25bil a turn

Impossible. There is no one around with 166B income (which you will need if you want 25B per turn from your CO).
CO @ 30% -> 15% to single officer (mephis) -> mephis desired bonus 25B -> income required 166B.
(Or 93B, which is still not going to happen.)

I would recommend you to farm. Much more reliable source of income anyway.
