A Call to independence

PEOPLE OF THE GATEWARS COMUNITY!!

Where have all the indipendant and midrange alliances gone?
The game has gone insane!
I see the benefits to joining the big guys, it makes you feel all warm inside knowing your safe
Safe from the scary players who want to take your naq and beat your accounts into the ground
But where is the fun?

Surly i can't be the only Player who wishes the likes of..........

EPA
Nemesis
TAU
The Collective
Pure Family
The Pirate Panties
Ascended Generations

Were all around still?

What is around now? The only indipendant alliances lose their better members to the big alliances or get targeted by the bigger alliances for stupidly pointless reasons.

So i ask this.......

IS ANYONE BRAVE ENOUGH NOW TO LEAVE THESE GREAT ALLIANCES AND FORM NEW ALLIANCES?

I Know it's not easy, But not every alliance needs to have stupid ammounts of members to compete, There's nothing wrong with having 10 members in your alliance, as long as your all active, There is still plenty or players left in this game, the only problem is they all belong to maybe 5 alliances.

The games boring now for alliances who aren't big enough to compete with the likes of DDE, TAF, Mayhem, ricos, oe and TL.
Bring back the Mid Range alliances, The game was funner then.

Re: A Call to independence

This could be the worst poaching attempt I've ever seen in my life...

Leave the strong alliances, join the weak one, then when your alliance gets strong, leave you and join another weak one? Cause we're sick of the strong 'uns remember! I don't see much long term viability for this... Mostly because it doesn't make a lot of sense and although i don't know the guy, I think Huxley is gonna mass it... a lot... prolly... daily...

That being said, i do actually prefer small tight groups over large empires, so, i wish you the best of luck!

Re: A Call to independence

there is a reason they arent arround. they either gor taken over by bigger alliances, destroyed by bigger alliances or just became inactive. the cycle continually repeats for all new alliances that contain the best players in the game

yeah...? read the post properly first!! i said make your own alliance!! nothing about mine, i all ready have the members i want and i'm happy with them, i couldnt give a rats arse if other join me or not, This has nothing to do with poaching.

Oh and the term Poaching to me has no place on a GAME, An alliance doesnt own it's members, it has no rights to them, they are free to do as they please and to talk to who they like, and to leave when they like.

And as for huxley massing me? Mass what? i'm vac'd. really should pay more attention.

I agree, game's getting stale, more independent alliances with their own philosophies would be cool.

~Vodka~ is a midrange alliance all ready.

This was meant to help the comunity make the game a bit funner, if you just want to be a **Filtered** then dont read it and dont post, simple.

What game are you playing, it doesnt matter what alliance your in, if someone wants to destroy your account, they will, there is no hiding behind alliance tags in this game anymore.
Deep within Noob Cave, you find a strange pool filled with a glowing blue liquid. You think back to what your mother told you about unfamiliar liquids found in caves.

You're pretty sure she said "Drink it! What's the worst that can happen?"

Try playing the game from the little guys prospective, the lonewolf who gets massed just because they have stats worth taking or because they have a few too many Covert agents trained, Trust me, Might not seem it but your stats are way safer when you have TAGs for a major alliance.

FS are an independent alliance.. and still going stong :)

PP are around but under name Shields of Thunder, but nowhere near the power they once were.

They will be responsible for the overall feel of the section, the setup/structure, and most importantly the community/users in the section. This will incorporate the old 'ombudsman' role. So -as a user - if you have an issue with how you are treated, rules, bans, whatever --goto the section admin... They are there for you!

There is no 'reporting structure' in this setup -- tech, mod, and section admins are all on equal footing, each with their own (somewhat overlapping) responsibilities.
Mods report directly to the mod admin, and indirectly to the section admin for the section in which they mod.

Re: A Call to independence

Technically the idea of independents became redundant when fuall disolved and good ol Janus pact ceased to be with the end of the server war.

Re: A Call to independence

NO AK , u get more often massed by having a TAG due to alliance issues and long wars. All in all u get massed wit tag or not cuz its a war game and there are no rules.

the actual call is good the game could be quite fun if there were more independent alliances , it bring diversity , strategy and diplomacy but more over it brings a good entertainment in small wars.
But as the game activity goes down same happens to alliances, smaller it smaller is its life spawn. Plus its even hard when top alliances (empires) aim at you at farming or just destroying and stealing your players. too many issues :)

for the records: The Pirate'sPanties disbanded on a mutual agreement when its core faced it was time to go ..... this returns to the major problem of the game .... No More New Players....

so far so good at the end we sail :)
