I dn't like be banned it's ruining my market selling and be able to post on friends threads id like to be able to be unbanned and if you want to make me only see market section thats fine and it's making ingame hard to play.

I can't see myself being unbanned but worth a shot i have things to sell and i have learnt my lesson.. i do get off topic like to have a laugh and need to look at what i post before i do it.

maybe a few weeks trial run. or someone can tell me what im doing wrong (haz)

hmm, i can see why it would be classed as porno but nothing was showing really.. and was found on google images without safe mode turned off so they possibly classed it as not porno.

Just because Google may not consider it to be pornographic does not mean it is acceptable by the standards of this forum.

It is the belief of the Ombudsman team that you remain perma-banned for the time being. We are not against a trial run in the future, but feel that barely two weeks in perma-ban is not long enough to be considered for a pardon. You've yet to last longer than a normal temporary ban at this point. Frankly, you've been banned for two-week periods on two different occasions and it did very little to teach you anything about your posting habits/content, which is why you are now perma-banned.

We suggest you remain perma-banned at least through the month of May. If you request a pardon once more in June, it will be given more serious consideration by this Ombudsman team to take your case before the Admins.

The precedent on this forum is not to give leniency to some of the more serious rules. The Pornographic/Criminal Content rule being considered as one of them.

Had you actually felt that warning to be unfair at the time, you should have come to the Ombudsman for an appeal instead of waiting for a perma-ban to try to argue off your first of nine warnings.

ive tried to appeal on some of my warnings before everyone i speak to say they are unfair and agree mods have something against me i just get turned down.. i deserved some of them but not all.

None of the 9 warnings currently on your account have ever been appealed within the Ombudsman section of this forum. The first of which occurred on November 24th and while the previous Ombs was Odin, we can still see all case logs. None of them are in reference to your warnings.

If a Mod disagrees with an appeal, that is when you then come to the Ombudsman and see if we can help you out by arguing on your behalf to the Admins if we feel the warning was unjustified or too extreme. Had you taken those steps, we may have been able to help you before you reached perma-banned status. Of course, you could also have avoided the same status if you paid closer attention to your warning count and post content. We are here to help, but in your case it is too late for us to do anything to help you.

even if you had helped him, hed still probably be perma banned, but anyway good luck getting out of it mate.
