Ello all. I just returned to my old SGW account a week+ ago, just re-registered to the forum.
Needed to get into a game where random attacking was not frowned upon, and i've been enjoying myself immensely since i came back .

I seem to have gotten into G&R range pretty quickly. Are there a lot of people who are inactive? What is the state of the game?

Well there are not 60,000 players. Probably 1000 active players if we are being very optimistic.
There is a big gap between the bottom and top players but the game is still fun to play!
If you stick around and make some friends you will have a great time. The community is still thriving even if it is diminished! Join an alliance! Get a commander! Get MSN and start chatting to people

Also, i'll be ascending for the first time in 2 weeks or so, almost at 400 G&R already.
