Need help for the title of series (forgot titles)

I am currently listing all TV series/animations/cartoons I have seen in IMDB for historical/memory purposes and I have troubles finding the name for two series (to add it on my list):

One is basically about an "angel" and a "heaven judge", this "angel" tries to help the person of each episode who was given a second chance, said person who died and was sent to this judge (sort of a purgatory judge).

Second is much more confusing in my mind considering last time I saw it was probably during my childhood (so mind that more than 12 years passed since that), it's taking place in Asia, probably in China, with a Chinese child who was among the heroes, it wasn't taking place in nowadays China but before XXth century, and I think (not sure) time travel was involved, it was probably an English-language series, but I'm not even sure about it.

Hmm it's too recent, the thing I refer to was probably early 2000s or late 1990s. Angel was a guy, and the judge was too. I think it had only two seasons. And maybe the angel actor changed from season 1 to 2.

As for the second, I found it: "Spellbinder", my memory for that one was indeed quite altered. Found it in an IMDB list (probably the 40th or something related to series I have been reading to find out the series I "missed" out of my own memory work.
Oh, I think it was another "Spellbinder: Land of the Dragon Lord" (1998), thus remembering about Chinese background/characters!
