if i need to join a certain irc channel i ve always used webirc so i dont bother wit applications

what u need is all newbie stuff , u ve client softwares like mIrc or clientless using browsers once u ar ein u connect to the server and to the channel then register/identify yr account. easy stuff jsut use the how to. if u want more then see how to create channels and maintain them.
