Accounts banned in main will now also have their counterpart banned in ascended (if one exists), and vice versa. Whether it occurs from now onwards or iteration through each past banning to take out the counterpart, will be up to Sue.

Rarely, they are good little boys and girls, the main problem with main is multi's, a bit hard to do in ascended . Nonetheless it's their to make it fair.

Is that even relevant, though? I mean sure, interesting to have numbers, but since the same anti-cheating prevention from Main occurs in Ascended, I would hazard a guess and say that it is a rather simple system of flag (game anti-cheat), tag (game admin), gag (warning) and bag (ban).



A more prudent question, in my opinion, is what happens to the numerous disconnected accounts. Is it not about time these got either reconnected or deleted?

How'd anyone disconnect their ascended?

Probably not, but it's good for people to know it will occur if a scenario exists.

The problem with the disconnected accounts is there are/was quite a few different ways for it to happen, which includes of course the banned mains. So effectively nothing will be done (this actually had to be taken into account for one of the past updates, forgot which one, but I couldn't go a certain way due to some accounts not having a main).

Here is a thought.. for all 'disconnected' accounts, add an inaccessible (because cannot be logged in on), but touchable by others, new - empty - Main.
Then you can just go and do what you want.

Fair point.
I do not care about the Main accounts (hell, put them on vac mode for all I care, you do have a rather good point). The point would be to have all Ascended accounts connected to 'something', so that various new venues of Main-Ascended interconnectedness become possible, as opposed to them blocking new improvements - like Sol pointed out in the post a few posts up.

Having to cater to exceptions that should not exist seems to be even more worthless - because restricting - than having a few extra Main accounts (regardless of them being on vac or not).
