Re: Newgrounds Black Plague
Overpopulation leads to gruesome death.
Basically, people start eating other people, zombies start killing random schoolbuses full of cheerleaders and other horrendous situations start occurring.
When the Plague strikes, your population will start dieing. Gruesomely.

Re: Newgrounds Black Plague
Sounds awful.
So for example someone hits 16,000,001 army and a turn ticks they would loose all units down to 0
Looks like MS is the only way to "pop control"

Erm, no.. Black Death is not at all that deadly, it kills more as you have more, and UP can cancel it out to an extent. But yes.. MS is a decent population control.Visentinel wrote:Sounds awful.

Re: Newgrounds Black Plague
Will the size of army before plague start to get larger, like in main? If so, when is likely to start ticking over?

So you are going to wait for every single account to hit 16m before you change the cap?
Shouldn't the cap be based on some sort of formula that takes into account all army size averages or something? (I can't remember how it works in main)

Hmm can you tell us the % of units lost per turn? I assume it gets more severe the higher % you are over the cap too...

Re: Newgrounds Black Plague
Question: Does the plague go away after you drop back below the cap? If not then it would be unfair if/when the cap did get changed. Imagine you are fighting the cap at 16 million units and the cap gets changed to 100 million. People would be shooting past you in growth as you struggled with the plague...

Re: Newgrounds Black Plague
Uh, yeah.. plague is cap based. Under cap = no plague. Above cap = plague. So if you get massed and you go under cap, you will have no more plague.Slim87R wrote:Question: Does the plague go away after you drop back below the cap? I will look into copying the explanation of the Plague from Main.

Whoa whoa..... No need to put that much effort into it. I got the answer I need. Well, others might be interested though. Up to you I guess.
