CER decreasing

My CER is dereasing at the turn change.Yesterday had 205 mil/day now have just under 52 mil/day

which one, the raw, or the modified?
yh, it's hard to tell cuz they are not labelled...
introspection page is raw,
realm / base page is modified...

modified goes down after you hit the softcap planet count limit,
raw should never decrease.
